Newsletter Service

We use an external service provider, MailerLite, for sending newsletters and marketing communications.

MailerLite acts as a data processor on behalf of the controller and processes personal data only in accordance with our instructions.

Processing includes:

  • management of subscriber lists
  • sending communications
  • analytics (e.g. open and click tracking)

MailerLite may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, transfers are safeguarded using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

 


5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as the customer relationship is active and thereafter as required by applicable laws (e.g. consumer protection and accounting obligations).

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until the data subject unsubscribes or requests deletion.

 


6. Cookies and Marketing Pixels

We use a consent management platform (Cookiebot) to manage your cookie preferences. You can modify your settings at any time via the icon available on the website.

We use the following tools for analytics and marketing optimization:
