An effortless, turnkey package where everything is completed and tailored to the client’s requirements in advance. That ease of delivery eliminates numerous construction phases: only the foundations and utility connections are required, after which the cabins can be brought into use quickly. On-site construction work and disruption are kept to an absolute minimum.

There is nothing else like this concept: other prefabricated cabins are small or modular units assembled on site, whereas this delivers a large, fully finished cabin to the location in one single delivery.

As we are not construction professionals—politely put, more like business graduates than builders—this level of ease is highly compelling. As a result, the project is now completed in roughly one third of the time compared to traditional construction.

At the beginning of January, we visited the plot with the earthworks contractor for the very first time. There was no access road and no trees had been cleared—and just four weeks later, a fully completed cabin was already in place. The pace was remarkably fast.
