Linnakangas is a rapidly growing residential area for families, which largely dictated the direction of the entire project. Instead of managing a traditional, months-long construction project, Forentia’s role was simply limited to groundwork before installation, as well as yard work and building terraces afterward. The finishing of the yard areas and the entire site phase were significantly accelerated by the fact that, in addition to the entrance canopies, the large outdoor storage units and carports were also delivered as complete elements directly from HAWO’s factory.
“The developer is only left with groundwork and yard work on site. In this case, we built the terraces ourselves. The entrance canopies, storage units, and carports came straight from HAWO.”
This made it possible for the new owners of the second apartment to carry their moving boxes in just one week after the house delivery. The official, approved commissioning inspection was held less than two weeks after delivery. During that brief time, they managed to finish the yard work, sow the lawn, complete the terraces, and even celebrate Midsummer in between!
